phonectl — Control interface for the desktop telephony application

Synopsis

phonectl -C | -D | -L | -M | -S | -W | -r | -s

Description

phonectl is a control interface for the desktop telephony application. It can show different elements of its user interface, or help reacting to system events when required.

Options

The following options are available:

-C: Open the contacts window.
-D: Show the dialer.
-L: Open the phone log window.
-M: Open the messages window.
-S: Display the preferences window.
-W: Write a new message.
-r: Resume telephony operation.
-s: Suspend telephony operation.
