Combining the xscreensaver demo backend, with the slider authentification method resulted in dialog boxes being regularly displayed while the demo was active. These dialogs being modal, they prevented proper interaction with the slider bar.

Other combinations of demo and authentication plug-ins may exhibit this issue as well.
