DaPortal/#33: Input with HTML entities does not validate in the wiki

Input validation error concerning some HTML entries on the wiki. Uploading a page containing HTML entities like   is rejected by the wiki module.

The fix was not sufficient. All HTML entities actually need to be escaped. I therefore have to re-open this bug.
